Kale juice a golden serum for dry skin

With the change of season, many suffer from chapped & dry skin. Kale juice, a very good source of beta carotene, iron, calcium, vitamin C and K, is a great solution for the dry skin. Kale along with broccoli is proven to be a source of a chemical with potent anti-cancer properties as well. Quality vitamin C in Kale boosts smoothness of skin and also prevents acidification of our body, thus, suppressing the incidence of adult diseases.

Pesticides are often used to cultivate Kale since it is weak to disease and pest, thus, it is important to choose the organic Kale. You can store Kale in the refrigerator wrapped in newspaper for a week.

To enjoy fresh Kale juice, prepare following ingredients: 50g of Kale, 50g of apple, 1 bottle of yogurt, 50cc of water.

1. Wash Kale with running water, and rinse it with vinegar water.
2. Chop Kale into tiny pieces.
3. Rinse apple with salt water, and chop it into tiny pieces as well.
4. Pour chopped Kale and apple into a blender with yogurt and water.
5. Blend the ingredients well and enjoy the juice.

You can use a banana or lemon instead of the apple to enjoy different flavors.
